Hyrox Classes

Hyrox is a full-body test of strength, endurance and mental toughness.

Hyrox blends running with functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, and burpees.

But you don’t have to be competing in a HYROX event to benefit from this training

Our HYROX-specific classes are designed to build speed, strength, and endurance needed to perform your best.

These classes are suitable for those who are training for a Hyrox race, looking to improve endurance for everyday life or combining Hyrox classes with our CrossFit classes.
